| | Alec Christie has been performing professionally since 1984 in film, television, radio and on stage. ......................................... Alec trained as an actor first at the Leylands Academy of Speech and Drama and the Ashcroft Arts Centre, then at the National Youth Theatre where he played Urk in their production of Cold Comfort Farm at the Greehwich Theatre. | | | Active in the University of Warwick drama societies Alec played the lead role in Dr Faustus at the Warwick Arts Centre. On graduating from Warwick University Alec gained a post graduate diploma in performance studies from the Birmingham School of Acting.
Alec completed his training at the Actors Centre, London and with the Impulse Company.

Alec wrote and produced Elephant Boy & Rock Bottom as well as playing the part of Jim. The films were directed by award winning Director Pat Kelman and went on to win the Reel Tube Category at the Toronto ReelHeART Film Festival.Elephant Boy

In 2008 Alec wrote, produced and performed in the twelve part Christie comedy series.
